CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY :
	To cancel registration fees, a written request shall be sent to peggie@elnp.ncu.edu.tw or faxed to +886-(0)3-427-5345. Refund transfers will be made one week after the conference.
	‧Refund requests received by July 5, 2007 will receive a full refund less a handling fee. ‧Refund requests received July 5 and July 12, 2007 will receive a refund equal to 70 percent of the 　appropriate registration fees less a handling fee. ‧Refund requests received after July 12, 2007 will not be honored.
